Her career spans diverse areas of human resource management, including performance management, learning and development, reward and recognition, recruitment and selection, performance management, and compensation and benefits. She specializes in creating engaging, high-performance, people-focused cultures that encourage career development and organizational learning.
Through her work at Toombs Inc., Angela supports individuals in developing customized action plans that leverage their strengths and support their development.
Angela holds an MBA from the University of Alberta and an MA in Applied Behavioral Science from the Leadership Institute of Seattle. She is a Certified Human Resource Professional (CHRP) and a recipient of the Human Resources Institute Award of Excellence.
