Jeff’s entire career has been dedicated to identification, assessment, integration, development and succession of leadership talent within organizations. To his role as a Senior Search Consultant, Jeff brings an eclectic management perspective gained from holding a variety of leadership roles within the federal government, a major financial services organization, a rapid growth entrepreneurial company, and the Canadian energy industry.
Most recently, Jeff was a Senior Career Transition Consultant with Toombs Inc. where he applied his depth of knowledge of the employment process, and coached professionals from diverse occupations and industry sectors.
In addition to specialized training in organizational needs assessment and research methods, Jeff holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Calgary, and a Masters of Adult Education degree from the University of Toronto with a focus on workplace learning and change.
