As a career coach and educator, Jan is committed to bringing out the best in people – helping them grow, succeed and believe in themselves. She has over 20 years’ experience as a career transition and executive coach, adult educator, and keynote speaker. She has designed and delivered training to over 6000 learners in many areas, including career transition, workplace communication, leadership, coaching, public speaking, train-the-trainer, and work/life balance. Most recently, she developed a virtual leadership program and a unique teambuilding retreat.
In her early career, Jan successfully managed the training function of a national training company and a career transition program in Calgary.
She speaks at local and national conferences, and continues to enjoy institutional affiliation with SAIT, MRC and the University of Calgary. Jan holds a Master’s in Communication Studies and a BA from the University of Calgary.
