Tracey is Senior Vice President of Toombs Inc. and General Manager for Edmonton and Northern Alberta. Working closely with the President, she is responsible for development and growth of the Company, staff recruitment, training, and retention, and ensuring that Toombs Inc. continues to provide exemplary services to its customers.
She has over two decades of experience in human resources, with an emphasis in career management and transition. This background, combined with hands-on knowledge of business management principles, allows her to offer excellent advice and support to individuals and organizations going through change.
Tracey’s expertise includes the planning and management of career transition services for major reorganization and downsizing initiatives within Canadian organizations. She has developed a strong business network and effective working relationships that provide value to both companies and their employees.
Tracey has an Honours BA in Psychology from the University of Windsor and is a member of the International Association of Career Management Professionals (IACMP). She is certified in the use of the Career Architect group of instruments and qualified to administer the Myers- Briggs Type Indicator and Strong Interest Inventory.
