Maureen has over 20 years experience as a Human Resource and Business Professional in the financial services industry. She has provided leadership, guidance and coaching to individuals navigating through organizational change and restructuring.
Her expertise includes recruitment and selection, facilitation, performance evaluation, and resource planning. Maureen has developed and facilitated workshops on performance management and change management.
Maureen has a passion for motivating and inspiring individuals to develop personally and professionally. She has coached managers and front line employees on career planning and evaluation and performance management.
Maureen has a Business Diploma from NAIT and is currently completing a Human Resources degree.
