John Tanasichuk, PhD, CPsych

John is an executive coach with 25 years of experience in coaching, organizational development and conflict resolution and a solid background in operations management, strategic planning and business development. He has served as a university/college instructor of organizational behavior, organizational analysis and management skill development courses.
He has a unique matrix of skills, attributes and capabilities that enable a flexible, adaptable, and fluid approach to meeting the coaching needs of individuals, teams, and organizations. As an organizational psychologist and member of the International Coach Federation, John often serves as a corporate coach, building organizational change by facilitating personal change.
A former member of the Alberta Arbitration and Mediation Society, John is also a dispute resolution professional who understands how destructive conflict can be to organizations. He applies an interest-based approach, using mediation and critical communication skills to resolve interpersonal conflict and facilitate the resolution of workplace issues.
John holds graduate degrees in business (MBA) and educational psychology (PhD).
