Kathleen is General Manager and Vice President, Career Management Services, Calgary. She steers the daily operations of the career management business, while continuing to coach senior level clients. A leader in the field of career consulting, she has held roles in coaching, business development and project management.
Throughout her career, Kathleen has been committed to guiding people through various transitions such as promotions, career change, entry into a new industry and leadership roles. She dedicates high levels of energy and motivation to coaching individuals on critical issues such as performance enhancement, relationship management and goal-setting.
Kathleen has a BA in Sociology from the University of Toronto, is a graduate of Coach U (accredited by the International Coach Federation) and holds a Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP) designation from the Human Resources Institute of Alberta.
