The program,
usually delivered on company premises, is most effective when
delivered to departments, categories of employees or established
working groups. As an organization development program,
its effectiveness increases when delivered to the entire workforce.
Employees meet
for short presentations. Discussion is carried out in small
groups, and in particular, between a supervisor and subordinate. A
comprehensive workbook contains the critical path for the entire
program as well as a full outline of the content and discussion
exercises.
