Senior Managers and Executives can benefit from having a mentor/advisor/consultant/counsellor.  These are the roles of
the COACH.

Management's job complexity has increased.  Managers must continually pay attention to new technologies and methods.  Spans of control are broader.  Attention to detail is required.  He/She does not have time to address important personal future planning issues.  Managers also aspire to having fulfillment in their personal and avocational lives.

This role of complexity leads to stress and burnout.  A Coach, independent and confidential, can provide an outlet for the manager to discuss any issue in his/her life, and, as appropriate and requested, receive advice and resource suggestions to deal with these issues.

An experienced Toombs Inc. Coach meets with the manager to establish a set of goals and tasks.  Usually the coaching discussions take place over a period of 4 to 12 months.
